Who we are

Will Bower Studio is a trading name of TikScript Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13962468, registered office 30 Bewley Road, Angmering, Littlehampton, England, BN16 4JL. TikScript Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@tikscript.com.

When you ask for a free teardown, ideas or plan

Step 1 asks for your business's website (or your job ad) and a work email. Step 2 is optional: your first name, rough sales, ad spend, who signs off, what you want from January, and whether you'd like a slot considered. We also keep any tags on the link you arrived from (for example utm_source=email) and which page you used.

We use it to make the free thing you asked for, to reply, and to follow up about that work. Lawful basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

The form sends your answers to a script in our own Google account, which saves them to our enquiries spreadsheet and emails them to us.

When you order

The order form asks for your name, role, your company's registered name, an invoice address and invoice email, and, if you give them, your company number, VAT number and PO number, plus the week you'd like and what you want after the day-14 review. We use it to invoice you and deliver the work. Lawful basis: the contract you ask us to enter.

When you reply to an ad on Facebook or Instagram

If you send a request through a form inside one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta passes us the answers you give in that form. We use them as described above. Meta's own handling of your data on its platforms is covered by Meta's privacy policy.

Booking a call and paying

If you book a call, Cal.com takes your name, email and the answers on the booking form and puts the call in our calendar. Invoices are sent and paid through QuickBooks (Intuit), which handles the payment details; we never see your card number.

How we make the free things

We use only public information: your website or job ad, your ads in Meta's public Ad Library, and your company's record at Companies House. We don't need, ask for or receive access to your ad account. Nothing we make for you is published or run without your OK.

If we email you first

We sometimes email people at UK businesses about our services, at a work address published by the business or built from its usual address pattern. Sources: the business's own website, Companies House and LinkedIn. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in telling businesses about a service relevant to them. Before we send, the address is checked by an email verification service (NeverBounce). Our emails are sent through our email providers (Google and Instantly).

Reply 'no thanks', or email hello@tikscript.com, and we stop. We keep your address on a do-not-contact list so it isn't emailed again.

When you visit the site

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and links people use. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. Link tags identify the channel a visit came from, not you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and outreach that don't lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted (the do-not-contact list is kept so we don't email you again). Client records: as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run this for us, each acting on our instructions: Cloudflare (the site), Google (email, spreadsheet and the form script), Cal.com (bookings), Intuit QuickBooks (invoices and payments), Instantly (sending our emails), NeverBounce (checking addresses) and Anthropic (the AI tools we use to draft emails and organise enquiries). Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on the safeguards UK data protection law provides for that. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@tikscript.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
